But before you finalize the culprit, you can check if you indeed have startups or not. Just go to the Search box and type Startup to open Startup Apps .

Fix 1: Restart System
To avoid some glitches and bugs in your system, you may start from the easiest way when the Startup folder is empty – restart the system. Restarting your device is a panacea for most temporary little issues. It is worth trying!

Step 2: Check if the Startup folder is listed in the location, if not, please right-click on the blank and choose New .

To perform SFC tool, you need to enter the command - sfc /scnnow and when the verification is up to 100%, you will see the scan results.

- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
